In May of 1965 I started to learn from a Instructor that made me crap my panths everytime he looked me, his name was Sensei Fred Hamilton. my father knew him from back in the Service and told him about me. so, he took me to train with him when I was 12 yrs. old trained and received my Green Belt and then returned to my training in Moo Duk Kwan Taekwon-do. Sensei Hamilton showed me the way of real Karate-do and it was real Shotokan Karate-do! I owe Sensei Hamilton a great deal. I never knew that I would further my knowledge in Shotokan, until I met Sensei Saviano & Sensei St. Laurent Sr. and thats when my love for Shotokan got real strong!
